The 23rd International Conference on Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems (Transducers 2025) was held from 29 June to 3 July, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, USA. As the most influential global conference in the field of microsensors and microactuators, Transducers covers cutting-edge advancements in solid-state sensor technology, MEMS/NEMS integration, and emerging microsystem applications. Each year, the conference recognizes outstanding contributions in various categories, including oral and poster presentations. Out of a total of 188 oral presentations, only 10 finalists were shortlisted for the Outstanding Young Researcher Award – Oral Presentation Category, with just 3 ultimately selected as winners. Our group member, Hong Zhou, received this prestigious award for the paper titled: "MEMS-Driven Electrically Reconfigurable Platform for Photonic Quasi-Bound States in the Continuum." This work showcases a novel integration of MEMS technology with photonic quasi-bound states to realize tunable optical platforms, co-authored by members from the National University of Singapore and National Taiwan University.
